Upon referral from a friend, I visited the home to meet the owner and check out the location. Upon entering the house, I noticed a stale "odor", but assumed that maybe it was a result of the young children. The house was in dissaray, although I looked past it knowing it was over run by children throughout the day. Against my better judgement, I decided to put my daughter in their care, again, because my friend claimed to be very happy with their services. After a couple of days, I realized that my child was clingier than usual when I tried to leave her, and noticed she wasn't happy at the day's end. The kids were allowed to walk around the house with food items rather than sitting a ta table to eat (chocing hazard?) I also noticed that the odor never went away (not sure if it's because of the animals on the property). Additionally, the lady that operates the daycare is not what I would consider warm and friendly and I didn't get that from her "staff" (they look like teenagers. Not sure if they are actual educated teachers). I have removed my daughter and have placed her in a facility that I feel comfortable with and I notice a tremendous difference in the facility as well as her attitude. I never felt secure with her being in the care of "Terrific Daycare". I can only assume that this woman's clients are personal friends. Otherwise, I cannot see her maintaining a clientele based on what I saw.

My children have gone to Terriffic daycare for nearly a year. The staff is very hands-on, babies are held constantly, everyone is given attention. They have a free breakfast/lunch/snack program. Most important - the children are HAPPY and content here. Highly Recommended
Pros: friendly, caring, inexpensive
