What a HUGE showroom!. Wow, what can I say about the showroom except that it was way bigger than it looked in the photos on their website. Most of the showrooms we had been to before were pretty small, or they only had one brand on display. But they had four or five different brands on display; I remember Milgard, Superior, Simonton and a couple others I can't remember. My wife and I really appreciated being able to see and compare many different brands of windows, instead of being sold on just one.

They also had at least 50 entry doors also. My wife really wanted to buy one, but we were there for windows.

The salesperson I spoke to, Tan, was very knowledgeable and he wasn't pushy at all, like some of the guys that had come to my house. Their price was in the middle of the pack, but I really liked Tan and I gave him a chance to at least come close to our lowest price. He was willing to negotiate and came down on his price. We're looking forward to our installation date now, which is in a few weeks.

$75 measurment fee. I called Door and Window Plus to get a estimate on my windows. I asked for someone to come out to my house and was told to fax in my measurements. I had them so I did. A few days later I called back and asked if my estimate was ready. Salesman said no and told me it would be ready later in the day. I called back and he told me the estimate. He also said it would be $75 to come out and confirm the measurements. I asked why they charged $75 when other window companies don't charge to come out to the house. He said that's the way they do it. He also told me the estimate might change after seeing the job. Since the price wasn't great I decided to pass. Actually the 2nd highest quote I got. I was pretty disappointed after reading so many good reviews so I gave them 2 STARS.

Great Experience. I didn't want to miss out on the $1,500 tax credit so I started shopping for windows a few months ago. I had 15 companies came out and by far Door and Window Plus was the best. I called the office and Bryan came out to my house and took measurements. He told me to come into the showroom and look at the window brands they carried. They have a bunch and it was nice to play with each one before deciding on the Simonton 7300. I also liked the Milgard Tuscany but the frame had too much vinyl. Seeing both made a huge difference in my choice. Door and Window Plus was the only company to tell me about egress and a federal lead law. Highly Recommend.

No response. Am I the only one that had no hlep from this company?? They came it four weeks ago to take measurements and give an estimate and - I know they may be busy - but I have not heard back from them. Bryan came out and said the estimate would be e-mailed the next day. I waited a few days and then gave him a call - did not return the call. I called the company in a couple days - and still no response form the guy. I waited another week and called again and e-mailed. Let's just say I ended up using Pasadena Window Supply who came out the same day and gave me the estimate the next day. Good riddance!

Great Window Company. I had Door and Window Plus install my windows earlier this year and they turned out great. I got a bunch of other estimates but liked the selection of windows and the good reputation I found researching companies. They carry Milgard, Green World, Superior, Simonton, Amerimax and others. Windows look great and am very happy I went with Door and Window Plus. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive quote I got. I recommend them for windows.

Now almost a year after hiring Door and Window Plus for one job, I hired them for a second. My residence. With regard to the work they did on the rental house in March of 2010 the tenants haven't had a single problem.

This time I had 16 windows and 1 patio door installed and it was very smooth and painless. The entire installation was done in a single day.

Kelvin Chin, the manager of Door and Window Plus, has been in touch after the job making sure everything was right.

So I really have nothing but good things to say about the company and I'm glad I found them.

I originally posted this review at another site. I am so delighted with this company I wanted to post it here too.

This is a tale of two door and window stores. Actually three.

These windows were for a rental home in Orange County, CA.

I was referred to someone by the rental agent. This company gave me a quote at a decent price for nine retro fitted windows and two patio doors.

Problem was, when I checked their contractor's license it had expired. As had their insurance.

The second quote I got was from a very reputable company in Orange County with their own manufacturing plant. Their quote came in about a third higher than the first. They also made sure the windows were going to be up to code. One had to be lowered several inches. No problem with license or insurance but it was going to take them a whole month to get the windows made.

Then I found Door & Window Plus. Not only did I get a great price (a little less than the first quote) for (up to code) windows & doors, but they could install the windows within days not weeks. And that's just what happened.

Beautiful energy efficient (I had done my homework) windows and doors were installed in a single day.

The person I have to thank for this painless process is Bryan Vert. He personally measured the doors and windows first, then had the installers come out for a second measurement.

Measure twice, cut once.

Awesome. They are quick and delightful to work with. They are fair in terms of price and the quality is admirable. They did accidentally dent my dryer, but they reimbursed me for it to get it fixed. Overall, I highly recommend them to everyone. They are very good!

Windows look awesome. Door and Window Plus did a awesome job installing my Amerimax vinyl windows and patio slider. Very happy how the windows and door turned out. Bryan was our salesman and gave us a great price and made sure the job was done right. Everyone we worked with were very professional and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, Great selection, Great Prices, Workers very nice. Door and Window Plus provided excellent service. We got Amerimax vinyl windows at an affordable price. I am very satisfied with the workmanship on the installation of the Amerimax vinyl windows. My Brea house never looked better. The workers were very nice and showed pride in their workmanship. Very happy and would use Door and Window Plus again.

Great Experience - No Problems. I was very pleased with the way my windows turned out. Door and Window Plus was very professional. They sent out a salesman to my house that quoted me on a few different brands. I picked Milgard because I thought it was a good value and liked the way it looked and the features it had. Customer service was great. They called me before they were coming out and worked with me on the date so I didnt have to miss any work.
