Dental Plus the worse place on earth

You must stay away from this place!!! Please run away and find another place to take care of you...these people should be a shamed of themselves. I can not believe that Leon Roisman the owner can go to sleep at night knowing he is stealing and lying to people. They took so much money from me and my insurance and did not deliver. Refused to refund me and I found another place that is good and honest. ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE!!!! It really is the worse place I have ever been....I took my family to else where and I know what goes around will come around. Leon Roisman you will burn in hell for stealing and lying. All the people who work there will also burn in hell with him since they all know what is going on at that place.

Dental Plus is a big minus!!!1

Okay I was on the other side of the coin GOT HIRED HERE! I got hired there as a Gum Specialist Treatment Coordinator! Ok first of all I waited 2 hours for an interview had to leave to go back to my current job and come the next day for another interview!!! So next day it was my 1st day, I filled out a book new hire paper work! Then they start me off with the ssshhpill I am supposed to give my patients! OMG they want me to sell 4,000 gum treatments for patients with gum disease! I worked for a wonderful Periodontist (gum specialist in south Pas. ( Dr Joseph Hsiou) he was reputable kind listened and cared, never overcharged and his pts loved him! He is the Best! I screwed up by leaving his office!! Anyway they wanted me to pay 75$ a month for employee parking I was like WTH!!! They should pay that for their employees. I mean they got this office like a sweat shop! Back office hidden dark cubbie holes every one has a function down to x-ray and even file clerks and call center personnel! All hidden of course the Back office Supervisor Hygenist Susan is an old miserable woman. Who was rude and very un welcoming! Dr Roisman was nice enough but is mis guided, I think he is just running a sweat shop of a dental office!! I was thrown into the position had to stay an hour overtime and they had me calling all these next day patients to collect their co pay over the phone before they even came in for their appointments!! I was like hell no I am a dental assistant currently working in the Pasadena Area for 12 years and every patient we got that came from them hated this place! And complained about over charging and Dental Plus horror stories! I saw first hand as an employee what kinda scam they were running I was like no way! I am a caring assistant who will not conform to the bulling tactics of a sleaze ball joint like this! Even I have standards! So in closing stay away!! I would not take the job cuz they were crazy, rude, and dis honest. Dis organized and had a 1978 computer system!! Black screen with green letters!! LOL a million dollar company dam upgrade your software at least! If your going to be ripping off folks! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! EVEN IF YOU LIVE CLOSE BY!!!! Come to us up the street! Gentle Care Health Spa!!! We Will Treat You Right!

Debbie the dental chicken

My experience with the Doctor and his staff for the most part is exceptional. I met with Dr. Roisman and he was understanding and very nice . I am a dental chicken !!! They have really done an amazing job !!! I had several horrible expereinces with my previous dentist and I changed to Dental Plus and I am glad I did..don't listen and read all of the negative reviews, go in and see for yourself...I was not sure after reading all of the negative reviews but I went anyway and I am glad I did.. The Supervisor, Susan is also very amazing, if you have a problem, call her and I promise you she will fix it !!

will recommend anyone who needs a dentist to Dental Plus.

First, I would love to thank Michie. She helped me with a payment plan and explained the cost and made me feel comfortable. She got me an appointment as soon as possible. Next, thank you Dr. Farid, he explained my condition, told me about the procedure and took excellent care of me. I feel brand new. Thank you so much. Now I’m not in pain anymore. I can eat anything without eating on one side of my jaw. I don’t have headaches anymore. I’m glad that I was fortunate to be a patient of Dental Plus and they are welcoming and comforting to all their patients. I feel really happy to be healthy again. I will recommend anyone who needs a dentist to Dental Plus.

Dropped...just because I got an 'outside' second opinion!

One dentist said my tooth #12 needed a root canal, but their, theretofore respected as personable and trustworthy, "diagnostic" dentist, Dr. Freidman, said he wasn't so sure. Well, just because I then obtained a second, outside opinion, i.e., from another office's endodontist, I was abruptly notified that I had been dropped by Royceman (Dental Plus) as an insured member of Dental Plus! (Only emergencies would be handled for the next 30 days). Then, while still in the trying process of finding another, Pacific Union Dental insurance-covered dentist, that tooth literally just 'crumpled away' one bad day & was obviously a total loss!!

Maybe Royceman was 100% diagnostically right, or maybe it just needed, say, a crown, but because he wouldn't countenance a second opinion, I lost that tooth!
