Friendly and caring demeanor – I saw Dr. Friedman and was very happy I did! I absolutely hate going to the dentist (I know no one really loves it but I am so nervous/anxious about it that I dread it), but Dr. Friedman totally put me at ease. He has such a friendly and caring demeanor and constantly makes sure you are doing okay throughout your procedures. I had a root canal and although that kind of stinks to begin with, be he made sure Dr. Khalil was gental with me.They even called the next day to see how I was doing. They are extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and very caring. I would highly recommend them! The rest of the staff is also very nice and efficient. I've never waited long there (and even if you have a few minutes wait, the waiting room is very nice and relaxing!) The exam rooms are also really cool too very high tech. Bottom line: I won't go anywhere else for dental service.
Best Ever! – Recently my 6 year old son broke his tooth while having dinner out. I got a referral to Dr Roismans I called the office early the next morning and the receptionist was so helpful in coordinating a time to bring my son in. We got to the office and the girls at the front were so helpful. Then it was time to bring my son to the back. The assistant was very compassionate towards my son. My son is a bit fearful and when the doctor came in it seemed like he made everything okay. The office recommended we use nitrous which was ideal, it was great. Roisman seems like he has a passion for dental work and he is just wonderful. It was worth the drive from Santa Monica to Pasadena.
Clean with Advanced Technology – The office is clean and advanced technology. Dr. Roisman was very kind and attentive to detail. The girl who assist him had to spend quite a bit of time handling my insurance company, but was willing to put in the effort to make sure I got covered. Thanks again, see u in 6 months.
Crooks! – This place is as horrible as it comes. They charge you ahead of time for procedures they haven?t completed. I paid for several procedures, then got a second opinion and found out that I didn?t need those procedures. When I canceled the procedures, they took 3 months to return my money, and even then they didn?t return all of it. I kept complaining and writing letters; finally I got an appointment with Dr. Roisman, who refused to talk about the billing issues. Instead he kept standing by the diagnosis. When I explained that I was there trying to get money back for procedures that hadn?t been completed he claimed ignorance of the billing department and passed me off to a billing guy, who entered the office with the hugest chip on his shoulder I?ve ever seen. I had printed out exactly what I had had paid and what I was owed; he informed me that I owed THEM money because my insurance hadn?t covered everything. I asked to see a bill to prove this, which he didn?t have and couldn?t get. He said he would contact me in the next week to fix things. Never heard back from them and it?s been over a year. Unfortunately I?ve marked it up to learning a lesson?never pay for anything until you get it and are satisfied with it. You won?t be satisfied here.
My Experience – I have gone through quite a few dentists in my life. My experience with this office is not that of very complicated but, I guess I have had alot compaired to most.. However, his practice is the one that has made me the most comfortable in the two months I have been going there for my most recent treatment. Of course, the complimentary foot massager was a great touch. Five stars. Absolutely!
I would give it zero stars if I could – This place is horrible. I agree with all of the other negative reviews about this place - the long lines, the huge rooms, the impersonal service. All they want to do is TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM YOU. I made the mistake of paying for services to hold my appointment and then canceled it and now it's taking over a month to get my money back. And I have to keep hounding them to get my money back - such a waste of my time! Never go here!!!!
8 Implants – I was not the typical patient because I had brain trauma years ago and everything is much harder for me including dental treatment. I had 8 implants and oral surgery at Dental plus they made me feel that they cared about me and my health. Dr. Freidman is a hero! I am very satisfied with my results and smile.
Throbbing pain – A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Roisman and I was really glad he did. He is a really nice guy with a great staff. He took care of the throbbing pain I had in one tooth without visiting any other specialists, my periodontal problems were alleviated. I am a very satisfied with his service. He is not only an excellent dentist but he has a modern and very clean office. The hours are convenient, and his staff is friendly and helpful.
Excellent Professional Dentistry – As a business owner and operator, it is truly unfortunate that only bad, unsubstantiated, reports about a business seem to make the most impression. No matter how well run a business may be it is impossible to satisfy everyone. You should not judge Dental Plus+ Dental Group by input from those disgruntled few.
This organization offers high quality care in many fields of dentistry all conveniently located in one office. From general dentistry to surgery and hygienist services to cosmetic dentistry, Dental Plus offers the patient a wide selection of competent, licensed dentists and dental specialists. One should not be offended by their thorough process to obtain your medical history and ability to pay their fees before work has begun. This is a process that should be undertaken by all medical businesses to protect your health and by all businesses in general to protect the service provider and understand those who desire service but may not have the ability to pay for whatever reason. After your first interview, consultation(s), and subsequent service, you will feel at home.
Some complain of long waits beyond their appointment time. I doubt that many are delayed more than with most medical practitioners who perform excellent service. Keep in mind that some procedures, although they are allotted a set amount of time, may take more time based on the actual situation. I am sure that if it was you in the doctor?s office and having a procedure that has run over the appointment time limit, you would appreciate having your procedure completed with care rather than hurried because the next patient in the waiting room doesn?t care about you but only their personal schedule. Maybe you have experienced this same person on the road lately; one who is too into their own agenda to respect others and thus feel it appropriate to tailgate. Bottom line, don't rely on poor reports you may read or hear.
******DO NOT GO HERE ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!***** – I totally agree with most of the reviewers on the site , IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. While in the waiting I was talking to a single mother who had a $12,000 dollar bill with this place even though she had insurance. I went in for a simple cleaning (which i didn't get) and ended up with them wanting to put braces on me. Instead of seeing talking to a dentist about my teeth they took me to two financial consultants(they double teamed me!) who tried to push loan applications and scare me about me teeth. when I refused to have some services performed(which they want me to pay ahead of time) they got all angry with me. This place wants customers with money or people willing to take out a second on the house.If you can afford it, go here and waste your money. I am through with this place.
It is obvious that you have know idea what said patient in our lobby needed nor what dental insurance covered or did not cover. As for your treatment, we are required to explain to our patients all that are discovered after a complete exam and x-rays. If any treatment is needed, it is a courtesy to our patients to provided payment options for those who want treatment and need to pay over time. We do not bill our patient, this is why we request that patient pays at time of service or an appointment has been reserved.
