DENTAL PLUS WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

This place steals your money. Stay away. Diana Trombley and the staff there will tell you anything to get your money. I made the mistake of paying them upfront for braces for my son, thinking wrongly they wouldn't charge me until we started with them. They had a "special" financing card through Citibank. I felt like I was getting the total sales pitch but went against my better instincts and signed up. After realizing reputable Orthodontists don't charge you the full amount upfront, I decided to change Doctors. I thought I had to use Dental Plus due to my insurance, but I was wrong. Dental Plus charged the card the complete amount, even though my son didn't have a single appointment with them!! Needless to say, Diana Trombley says it will take 30 to 60 days to get my $4000 dollars back. Funny how easy it was to charge it for the entire amount. Now she won't call me back and I'm stuck paying the monthly charges so my credit isn't hurt! It is totally illegal to charge for services that were never rendered!!!

Avoid, its all about the money; refused to clean teeth.

I had an initial appointment with them after a couple month wait, which was supposed to be a cleaning and initial x-ray/visit.

After they did the initial exam, they tried sell me on whitening, caps, crowns, and whole bunch of other stuff. Then after wasting all this time with their financial consultant, they tell me that I cannot get my teeth cleaned that day! I had to reschedule another time for the cleaning which was 4 months out! I

• Cons: No cleaning provided with visit. Sell tooth whitening.
