Horrendous service

We brought my child in to have a wound inspected (it looked like it was infected). We asked doc: "Is it infected?" He asked us back: "Does it LOOK infected to YOU?" Excuse me? HE'S the doctor! Then he flat out asked us, "Why are you even here" ... Uh, maybe because my kid's wound is filled with PUS!? He is also very nearsighted and I'm not sure was even able to SEE the injury! The most unforgiving is that he had horrible bedside manner. And his receptionist/secretary/staff are all obnoxious and catty. They refused to bill our insurance company, and instead billed us and told us to try to get reimbursement from our insurance carrier. We've never had such uncaring attitude from anyone. If you don't give a hoot about people, doctoring is the last thing you should be doing. We went to him because we heard he's been doctoring for almost 40 years. But believe me, that doesn't mean a thing ... At least not in this case.
