I called to make an appt. at Dr. Kranson's office recently. I was a first-time patient, but the polite receptionist squeezed me in that same day. Both the staff & doc were extremely courteous to me and my family, and and he was able to help my problem most important. Really big office, nice waiting room too. Thx doc!
I had a problem of severe dry skin, and the doctor prescribed some creams, but the problem was he didn't really take the time to fully explain how to use them, and I really felt like he was rushing the whole time (almost all of the times I went there). At first, I thought, nah, he must just be a busy man, but when my boyfriend went for an appointment, he commented to me that the doctor seemed like he was hurrying, so I knew it wasn't just my opinion. And the staff are so lax, you wonder whether they're on break or something. Anyway, the skin problem I had resolved itself coupled with the prescribed cream and MY good judgment (good ol' over-the-counter Eucerin cream is awesome!), but I'll be shopping for another doctor. Nice man, though.
