Fantastic Doc! I called to make an appt. at Dr. Kranson's office recently. I was a first-time patient, but the polite receptionist squeezed me in that same day. Both the staff & doc were extremely courteous to me and my family, and and he was able to help my problem most important. Really big office, nice waiting room too. Thx doc!

NO CLOSE ATTENTION OR FOLLOW UP. I had a mild skin issue and he did not take a culture or look at closely. the cream did not work. may go back again and demand he take a closer look.

Disappointed. I had a problem of severe dry skin, and the doctor prescribed some creams, but the problem was he didn't really take the time to fully explain how to use them, and I really felt like he was rushing the whole time (almost all of the times I went there). At first, I thought, nah, he must just be a busy man, but when my boyfriend went for an appointment, he commented to me that the doctor seemed like he was hurrying, so I knew it wasn't just my opinion. And the staff are so lax, you wonder whether they're on break or something. Anyway, the skin problem I had resolved itself coupled with the prescribed cream and MY good judgment (good ol' over-the-counter Eucerin cream is awesome!), but I'll be shopping for another doctor. Nice man, though.
