In Short – While this no-frills joint offers mainly takeout, patrons can also chow down on-site at one of the handful of tables. A turned-up television and a wall of scribbled autographs by the likes of Jennifer Lopez and Dave Chappelle constitute the decor. The thin-crust New York-style pie is available in slices or whole pies made to order. Pasta and sandwiches round out the menu, including Mama's ravioli and a chicken parmigiana sandwich smothered in marinara and cheese.

Great Pizza And Green Salad

by ms252alia

I visited this pizza parlor today during my lunch period and I must say it was pretty awesome. The pizza was good and the mixed green salad was fabulous. Although I must admit the ambiance was not so traditional where u needed a waitress but maybe the location makes the owner feel that a waitress is need, Idk, but I do know the food was acceptable. Will go back again.....

  • Pros: Great for lunch / Great Walk for my lunch period.
  • Cons: IDK.......

Great Ceasar Salads (with Grilled Chicken)

by KCoy

One must try the ceasar w/ grilled chicken. I have had it at least twice a week for the last 3 weeks. Combined with a frosty cold Barq's Root Beer makes an enjoyable lunch indeed. They also have pizza and beer if that's your thing :)

Good pizza, bad waitresses...

by Larsorhansing

Years ago, I went to this place with a few friends. I thought it was super cool...all the signatures on the wall and everything... I moved out of the area, but moving back recently I went again... The BBQ chicken pizza was alright, the waitress was a bit slow.... I went here again last night after a show down the street at the Key Club. Wow. It was probably the most horrible dining experience ever. My frined and I stood at the counter waiting to make our order. There were three people working. None of them were busy. I said to my frined "Is this what it feels like to be invisible?" Still, no service. Finally some blonde waitress asked what we want, and took my order as if she was doing me a huge favor. She gave me a large to go cup of soda 99% filled with ice. There were about 2 sips of soda in the whole thing. My order was to go, but she served me on a paper plate. When I asked for a box, she stomped back and got it for me, again, as if she was too good for the joint.

When we finally left, I said thank you to her she responded with a snarky "yeah." and we left.

The pizza was pretty good, but I will never go there again. There are a millon pizza places around, I'll just choose another one where the wait staff doens't treat people like they don't exist.

  • Pros: Really good pizza
  • Cons: The snarkiest waitresses around
