Yuk Yuk. I skimmed some of the other reviews and everyone keeps talking up the way the place looks. We went for the first time the other night and it was just okay. Only on the west side of LA would a place like this get 5 stars and just because of the way it looks.

Great place!. Went with a friend based on reviews at this website. Was satisfied with almost everything. Very friendly, young and pretty female waitresses ushered us to our table. It was a candle-lit. Very good ambience with tiny thai autorikshaw models and pictures on the walls.

We ordered a sea food (trout) and a from the wok dish with red rice. I can vouch for its taste. Pricing was very reasonable. Ended up spending around 30$ between 2 of us.

Parking available on a side-street, but could be difficult at busier times of the day.

Hoegaarden and Thai = paradise. great little place, good mellow vibe, no attitude, great service, having lived in that region, this is one of the best thai places i have found in LA so far... and with Hoegaarden, well you can't beat it!!! but dont go, because i want to still be able to get a table when i walk in... ;)

Best curry!. The best curry I have ever tested might possibly be from Tuk Tuk. Very flavorful!! The vegetable spring rolls and pad thai are good as well. The inside of the restaurant is sooo cute and is a great date place- dark and romantic :)

Very reasonable lunch specials here also.

Worst take -out Thai food we have ever had. My boyfriend and I ordered Tuk Tuk take out & were very disappointed. Tuk Tuk had come highly recommended, so we were very excited to try it. My boyfriend always orders the Pad Thai when trying out new restaurants as a gauge of how good the restaurant is & he couldn't eat it. The Pad Thai had strong brackish taste & did not even resemble Pad Thai. He had even requested no fish sauce. My dish was very greasy and bland eventhough i requested medium spicy. We will never order or visit Tuk Tuk again. There are too many other great Thai food restaurants in the city.

Manage your expectations! Good food, nice decor, neighborhood find. After reading all the other reviews I was a little confused. I mean such a disparity! I say manage your expectations. Tuk Tuk is a casual, neighborhood thai food restaurant that has a delicious menu. Love the Papaya salad. And the service can be erratic. But such is dining in Los Angeles. Well worth it for a casual night out or for ordering in.

Tuesday Delivery. Called late, 10:15. We needed food for a poker party, 12 guys. The waitress was a little hesitant, she needed to ask the kitchen. Came back, took the order...food delivered at 10:45 - GREAT JOB. I'll call earlier next time.

Brilliant. Love the decor, food presentation and service. Met the Chef, very unassuming but confident. Pad Thai was wonderful, garlic tofu was a bit on the garlicky side but great. The spring rolls were unbelieveable. Will revisit often.

Great place. The bamboo bar, arched ceilings, wood floors and tasty color palate blend nicely with the wonerful food and creative drink menu. The staff is friendly, sometimes rushed, it is very busy on the weekends. For a more intimate experience try an off day (Tuesday or Wednesday). On street parking is sufficient on weekdays. For a good discount use your KCRW (10%) card or Rewards Retwork CC (10%). Crying Tiger Beef, Pear Salad & a Singha is my fav meal. Happy dining.
