Poor Customer Service by Customer Service Supervisor. IWe got a video/DVD player (Target Brand) from Target, but the manual was not included. The product was not well made and we could not operate it without the manual. When I found other people complain on websites about the same Target product that they also did not find the manual in the box, I started to have a bad feeling. When I communicated with the customer service staff via email, the staff recommended us to go to the store directly. We tried to talk with the customer service supervisor, but he wanted us to listen to him more than he listened to us. There was no apology, suggestion or alternative idea presented by him for solution, and we are now put into a situation of wasting the brand new DVD player, not mentioning about our money.

Good selection but very difficult to navigate. When I first moved to the area, I found getting into their parking lot to be very challenging. I had a hard time figuring out how to get in there. Once I got that solved, this Target is decent and the people were above-average.
