awsome. This place is under new managment and you can tell! I have been dropping in from time to time for years and the past few months have been amazing, great customer service, sweet ladies that are honest and funny too! Thewhole store was laughing together about some celeb joke, it was a great time. The store also has quite a bit of selection, nice prices, loved the jewelry!

Should have heeded the warnings for online orders!. I found this store searching for a place to find interesting trendy fashion items, but read the online reviews before venturing. I figured it really couldn't be THAT bad, could it?

Well after waiting WEEKS for an item ordered, I just got the "Oops, sorry we don't have that item"

?

This IS the 21st century where stores have the ability to update frequently what is available, right?

Won't bother again, should have heeded the other warnings!

Not all it's cracked up to be!. Very minimal selection!

Poor customer service.

All around not impressed!

LA definitely has much better boutiques to check out.

Something Must Have Changed!!. I read all the reviews before I visited the store, and let me tell you this store must have re-vamped. I had SUCH a great experience. First off, they have great stuff...and stuff I could afford! Second, the girls there were all so sweet and friendly! I shop A LOT in LA, and this is one of my new favorites....check it out again if you haven't been in awhile.

Save yourself a headache!. Do yourself a favor and skip this store. Cute stuff but oh my, what terrible customer service! There are TONS of other stores around town with similarly great stuff and professional service to match. Oh, and skip the website as well. They are SO not together and I've had problems there as well (FIVE weeks for them to get back to me to tell me my item was out of stock??? and only after I inquired! Also, I am still waiting for them to refund my money for the extra pair of True Religion jeans they sent me - their mistake - that I returned over a month ago.) Every experience I've had with this store has involved an issue of some kind or another. Shouldn't shopping be more pleasurable than this?

West L.A. boutique offers a dizzying array of fashionable finds, from in-demand denim to bright dresses to embellished handbags.. In Short
This celeb-favorite shop shows up in the gossip mags every week for a reason: its of-the-moment wares are sure to keep both starlets and average folks looking red carpet ready. Offerings include: colorful, flirty dresses from Ella Moss and Free People, denim from Habitual, Blue Cult and J Brand, message tees and a rainbow of Hanky Panky lingerie. Accessories like Dita sunglasses and coveted Botkier handbags round out the collection.

Great Accessories..BAD Service. I have to say that this store has some great things. Especially when it comes to accessories. But the service. It was THE WORST. The girl sitting behind the counter was on the phone talking about some guy that she met over the weekend for the entire 45 miuntes that I was there. I would shop there again if I was in the area but would not make a special trip

Worst shopping experience EVER!. This store is awful. Number one, the service was snotty. I went in to find a dress for my weekend trip to Las Vegas. AFter looking around and not really seeing many dresses, I asked the woman behind the counter if they had any more dresses. She looked up from behind her magazine and said "this is a really odd time of year to be shopping, we don't really have much". WHAT?!?!? An odd time of year to be shopping? Who says that when you're inside someone's store? Believe me, you do not need to waste your time in this store. Go to Kitson, Lisa Kline or Fred Segal if you want trendy clothes but better selection and service.

I love this store!. Intuition is one of my favorite stores to shop at. They not only have clothes but they have jewelry, shoes, beauty supplies, purses etc. For many of the clothing items the prices are somewhat high but there's also many cheap things in the store so almost everyone can shop here. This is also a great place to go "celebrity spotting".
