Terrible Service

I recently went to The Car Factory at the recommendation of a friend. I was SHOCKED by how rude and offensive the salesmen was. He approached me and began asking me several questions rapidly. As I tried to get some distance from him, he basically began harassing and insulting me. I would NEVER have bought a car from him.

Bad salesmen

I went to this place last weekend and had an AWFUL experience. The salesman that came out to greet us got pushy when we said that we were "just looking" - he wanted to know how much money we wanted to spend. When we resisted, he acted offended and kept pushing us to name a price. We explained that we'd rather ask questions when we found a car we liked. He got more and more aggressive as time went on, and eventually was in my face speaking very loudly.

If you are interested in friendly customer service, this is not the place to go. It is a cliche that gives car dealers a bad name.
