I just wanted a good move-in cleaning. But what I got was zombies. They came 1 hour late and only cleaned the bathrooms. They left many places uncleaned and I would have to look over everything to make sure they cleaned places they missed. Look for any other company please.

The team of two people that came to my house were very professional. Excellent cleaners, unlike others did the job without any complaints. They cleaned the patio outside without me asking them to do so. The office is very easy to deal with and I just signed up with them for weekly service. They changed sheets, and did one load of laundry. Since I am allergic to dust, and I had let them known that they really cleaned and made my house dust free. They are prompt and polite.

I was told that the cleaners would come by my place at around 3:30pm, luckily for me I was home when they arrived at 1:00pm instead. My team was one woman and one man, they were not happy to be cleaning and they made it know. The woman cleaned my kitchen and then complained to me it was dirty, it had been cleaned two weeks prior and only took her 20 minutes to clean so if that is dirty this woman should not be a maid. The man barely cleaned my 2nd bathroom - he didnt even touch the toliet, one of the reasons I get a maid to clean as I would rather pay someone to clean my toilet than clean it! Whatever they used to clean my mirrors left them streaky and gross, it took me three times to wipe away the residue. To make matters worse, one of the maids sprayed cleaner in my Tivo, when she walked away I asked her what she did to my Tivo as it was not working, I had to have it replaced as whatever she did fried my Tivo, I called and complained after it would not reboot itself - they never called me back. The vaccum they bring with them is a joke, it didnt pick up anything! I vaccumed myself the next day and you could tell there was a huge difference. To make matters even worse, if you thought it could get worse, the woman who complained about my dirty kitchen left one of my electric burners on low and I did not know until I burned myself on it the next morning! SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND DONT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

- Cons: BROKE TIVO, LEFT BURNER IN KITCHEN ON, BARELY CLEANED ANYHING AND THE MAIDS COMPLAIN ABOUT CLEANING!
