rude people, terrible customer service. decent food for cheap prices, but after the last handful of delivery orders, i will NOT be ordering from them again. the people are unbelievably rude and curt, with deliveries taking over an hour to arrive!!

Neither fresh nor very thai. I was in the neighborhood and walked in here to pick up some quick takeout after deciding against the Indonesian place next door. The place was empty at 7:30pm (wonder why). The service was quick but surly. The food was oily, somewhat low quality (chicken tasted old), There were two mysterious pieces of eggplant in the green curry chicken which made me wonder if they were meant to be there. But the real letdown was the singapore noodles, which was more of an italian spaghetti dish and did not resemble in any form normal singapore noodles .

Very good Thai food for the price. At first, the restaurant appears very assuming and frankly a bit on the dingy side. There is an upstairs where most of the customers are seated. Although it isn't fancy, the ambiance is quaint and informal. The service is also okay. Nothing to rave about, but they do try to make sure you enjoy the food. All of these things aside, where Thai Fresh really excels in is their food. It's excellent for the price! I've tried several Thai places, and this is one of the better ones on the westside for the price. If you aren't concerned about surroundings, just good food, this is the place to go.

Thai Fresh --- Failed delivery. The first time I ordered for delivery, it was fine. The second time... it was terrible. I NEVER got my food. I called after an hour of waiting, they said it would be 5 more minutes. Waited another 25 minutes (I lost track of time) and they just said "SORRY". I'm NEVER ordering from there again. NEVER!

Don't order take out, it's a rip off.. After dining at this place I thought this was a pretty good value. Decent food, good prices. Especial the combo specials. The Pad Thai isn't very good, but most of the other items are pretty good. However, I then ordered for delivery and was riped off. I order just over $10.00 worth of food and when I gave the delivery guy a $20 he said he didn't have very much change. He handed me a $5 and when I nicely asked for another dollar back, he scoffed at me a grummbled that he need changed for other customers. He was so rude too. What kind of place sends there driver out without change, as he "claimed"? In any case, I will no longer be patroninzing this place because there are better place to eat at in Westwood.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY. We placed an order for a lunch delivery, and it took over two hours for it to arrive. The food was ice cold, and when we tried to call and speak with the manager, they wouldn't put us through. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.
