late night diner. Norm's is the place to go after a late night of clubbing or watching a movie in Santa Monica. Though the food isn't spectacular (it's pretty much the same caliber as Denny's), it's affordable and convenient. Their breakfast specials are extremely cheap and definitely worth it. Also, their shakes are thick and creamy, but don't order their lettuce wraps- they're pretty horrible.

Better value than Denny's. This Norm's is located directly across the street from Denny's. Norms is cheaper and a better value all around. breakfast specials start at 2.99

The early bird dinner specials are also an outstanding value.

Dennys or Norms? You pick!. This place is SOOO simliar to Denny's! It's just not EVERYWHERE as Denny's is, and the food tastes somewhat different. Other than that, they've got almost similar items on the menu's and the same kind of environment as well. Both are great places to grab food for late night dining, but don't expect anything romantic or that sort. It is Denny's competitor, so it's not much, keep that in mind. It is however cheap though, and if you're looking for a sit down place to grab a bite at, this is the place. Overall, my visit to Denny's was better!

Great after a long night. This place is great after a late night or a movie and is very close to Santa Monica's 3rd street Promenade.
