NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WHEN YOU GO TO A SALON YOU EXPECT THE STYLIST TO BE A TRAINED PROFESSIONAL THAT CAN CREATE CURRENT, FASHIONABLE, AND TRENDY CUTS/STYLES TO FIT A WIDE VARIETY OF HAIR TEXTURES, LENGTHS ETC.... GIVEN A CUT THAT WAS A 90'S THROW BACK WITH NO APPARENT STYLE, WELL ONE I HAD BACK IN THE DAY. WANTED TO GET IT FIXED TO BE A BIT MORE TRENDY, WAS TOLD BY STYLIST AMY THAT IT WAS THE BEST SHE COULD DO WITH MY HAIR, MY HAIR WAS NOT GOOD SO THIS WAS THE STYLE I WAS TO GET. NEEDLESS TO SAY NOT GOING BACK AND WILL NOT REFER TO ANY ONE

LOVE Roya!!!

A few of my girlfriend's recommended Frege Salon and said I had to give Roya a try. I had been trying to get the "right' color blond for a few years and kept changing stylists when they couldn't give me what I wanted, so when I had Roya color and cut my hair I was pleasantly surprised at how great it looked and how fast she got me out of there! She only works on one client at a time which I love so I was out of there in 2 hours with full highlights, a cut and a FABULOUS blowdry (she does the best blow-outs in LA I swear!). The salon itself is very low-key and clean. I highly recommend Roya! She is sweet and knows hair very well!
