Bad Customer Service

I've rented from this place before and had no complaints. I called my order for tables & chairs, picked up, dropped off, and no issues. So for my next party I figured I would go back to them. Bad idea. So when I called in the FIRST time, seemed to be no problem, but I had a few changes regarding my order within the same week. So I called them a SECOND time, and to my surprise... my information was no where to be found. So AGAIN, I gave them my order, and whoever it is I spoke to was very short with me, telling me "make sure you do this, make sure you do that"... and "if you didn't give them your credit card number, it will not be written down"... and asked me for my name and number and said "thank you"... hung up. Now tell me, what the heck was that? So I called back the THIRD time and cancelled my order. Never going here again.

They saved my party. I had a last minute party need, and they came to the rescue. They were a bit pricey for last minute needs, but that's to be expected. I was in need. They were really nice, accomodating, and I would definitely use them again. They did say if you call a week in advance they'd work with you price wise. Amazing people. Thank you, thank you, Queens!
