Not all Swarovski Stores are the same!! This is the worst on. They store manager at this store Angela, and the associates are all very mean. When I asked to exchange my ring because it was defective, they asked did you wash your hands with it on? When I confirmed, they gasped saying that you never get their jewelry wet! And they refused to exchange it saying it's not a defect but it was my fault for wetting it. Very rude. When I told them one of their associate told me if I had any problem I can bring it back to the store, they said she would never say something like that. So, basically saying I'm lying and lectured me on return policy on all the other stores. Saying they had the best customer service. I don't think so. They did not give any service. Do not buy anything from this store! They will tell you anything to sell and then not back up what they say!!

Look for other options. It's difficult to understand how the brand svarowki became associated with the bad manners and lack of responsiveness of the people running and working in this store. Not only their prices on the displays are not to be trusted, but they also do not want to take responsibility for it. Hopefully, the LA County department of weights and measures pays them a visit soon.
