All the Sales Associates were very Professional in every aspects of Flooring at Carpet Wagon and very knowledgeable about meeting my needs. Top Quality Flooring, also very friendly people! They have huge showroom and warehouse. Most of their products were in stock, got me in and out with no fuss. They had the lowest price I could find and the installation was beautiful. Will buy from them again.

Poor quality installation. We had hardwood laminate flooring installed one year and one month ago. The original installation was slapdash with gaps between a few of the planks, but I didn't want to be difficult and figured I could live with a few gaps. Then this month the laminate started to separate from the floorboard and chip off in my baby's room. The company refused to repair/ replace without charging us. Apparently their installation is only good enough to last one year....which is exactly as long as their installation warranty. Bottom line, a company that wont stand behind it's products and workmanship. Avoid at all costs.
