Great food but service is bad and servers needs to learn english!

Me and my family got the chance to try this korean place at their other branch in Wilshire Blvd. The experience there was great, so we tried to look for a branch near our home. And there was one in Reseda....everytime we go here there is always an arguement that is waiting to happen. The servers there don't speak english that well and everytime we order, they always try to stick to the menu. Meaning we can not order something extra..like the appetizers! For example, the other day we went there for lunch, we ordered 3 bbq rib combination and each of this includes a soon tofu and steamed rice, since we are 5 people in our group, I ordered 3 more extra steamed rice, but then the server argued with me and said that "You are only 5 your your group, how come you are ordering 6?" So I answered her back and told her "3 extra steam rice is not enough for us, so is there any problem ordering1 more extra? We are gonna pay for that anyway!" after that she stop and said okay.

Their foods are great but no offense the korean servers are terrible, they need to learn how to speak english to be able to communicate with their customers clearly. And in addition to this, servers in this branch are only 2 that is why service here is a little slow. They need to hire more servers, those who can speak good english!!!!

Great Korean Tofu House!

BCD is a chain that's home to Seoul, Korea. They do fantastic Korean Tofu fare. I'm a fan of their Soon Tofu with beef and octopus, but all of their food is excellent. Plus, they're open until midnight!
