DON'T BE FOOLED!

Don't be fooled by Randy's nice guy facade. He will promise you the moon, but then leave you hanging high and dry! He's a liar and once you pay him he will disappear and leave your job UNFINISHED!
I hired him to clean and seal my tiles. He promised quality work and promised to personally supervise the job. Instead he went out of town and sent his gang of surly, obnoxious adolescent males who were lazy and rude! They made it clear that they didn't care about the work. In fact, one of them said they didn't care what I was paying to get the job done because he didn't make any more money anyway. They refused to perform the contract as agreed!
Overall the job was substandard and they never came back to correct problems or finish areas they left incomplete. Even though Randy gave me all kinds of assurances that they would! He also left before he promised to and left my house unlocked with thousands of dollars of tools inside! How unprofessional!
I wish I had read these reviews before I hired Randy. I regret it.
Look elsewhere. You can find an honest, hard working contractor to do a much better job for half the price! And, you don't need the headache or stress this company will give you!

HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY, HORRIBLE

Randy came to my house and appeared to be very knowledgeable about Saltillo tile. He told me he was going to remove the scratches in the floor and put down a urethane or solvent based finish and make the floors look like new. He told me the last guys probably used a milky, water based sealer, that was not appropriate for my use.
I set the appointment and they came out, did not remove the scratches and used the same milky, water based sealer he said was inappropriate and gave me all the reasons the solvent was not appropriate.
When I tried to point out the remaining marks on the floor, the person he left gave me dozens of reasons why the floor could not be fixed and ultimately walked off the job and told me I had to wait for Randy. Randy came back the next day, made one tile look perfect as a sample and told me the rest would look like that. I authorized him to finish the job and not a single other tile looked like the sample.
I also asked him to replace three cracked tiles. He told me he would make the tiles look like it was never broken and again showed me how it would look by doing half the job. When he was done, not only were there broad brush strokes on the broken tile IT WAS NOT EVEN FILLED and looks more obvious than when he started. He did me the favor of not charging me for it.
Finally, he also told me he noticed missing grout where I had my front door replaced and told me he had a job in the neighborhood and would come back the next day and fix it for me. He never showed up again and I never heard from him. Just another in his continuing pattern of lies.
For all this he charged over 2,000, taking me to the cleaners.
Learn from my mistakes and stay away.

Articulate and Helpful

The owner will give you his time and experience. Randy helped us with a garage slab that we had epoxy coated several years ago. The old coating was popping and pealing. Randy used a moisture test to determine that we needed a waterproof membrane. After he prepped the slab and applied the membrane, he applied a beautiful epoxy finish. We are very pleased and will use them when were ready to restore our limestone. Just call him and see what I mean.
