Quick Service, Reasonable Price. I was in desperate need of a plumber because my condo was literally flooded. At first I didn't know where the flood originated, but luckily with the help of Overland Plumbing I was able to find the source. I called Overland because my next door neighbor recommended their service. They immediately got to my house first thing in the morning. After assessing the problem, the plumbers at Overland determined that the flooding was caused by a leaking faucet from my kitchen sink. Not only were the plumbers quick to respond but they gave me a fair price and free estimate. The plumber was very professional and provided excellent service. Thank heavens, everything was fixed and put in order. Thank you Overland!

Reliable and quick. My bathroom shower drain was clogged and I couldn't shower for days. I was reluctant to hire just any plumber because I didn't want to spend money on a mediocre job. Luckily my neighbor recommended Overland Plumbing. Not only did they respond quickly but they finished the job thoroughly and efficiently. I knew I was in good hands when the plumber knew exactly what he was doing without having to ask questions. The plumber at Overland was really nice and very friendly. Before he left, he gave me tips on what I should do to avoid this problem in the future. I recommend Overland to anyone who may have plumbing problems and don't know where to turn.

best plumber in the business. I was in search of a reliable plumber who would get the job done in a quick and efficient matter. Luckily, someone had recommended overland plumbing and sure enough they not only fixed my clogged drain and broken pipe but they also took the time to give me tips on how I can avoid these problems in the future. They were quick to respond and finished the job in its entirety. I will definitely be calling Overland plumbing for any of my plumbing problems.

Dishonest. I'll give them 1 star since the toilet seems to be installed correctly and working properly so far. Originally they told us it was a $240 repair of 3 different parts in the toilet, but that it was a good toilet and just needed to fix up some things within. Then they told us some part was getting old in the toilet and we needed an entirely NEW toilet. We asked the price, they said they would get a $300 toilet and $100-150 for installation (which of course became $150 at the end). They brought back a Kohler which they charged us $339 +$150 installation+ tax. They refused to show us the receipt for the toilet at the end (said it was against policy). Then told us that it was their flat rate for a toilet and included pick up and warranty (not mentioned earlier). We looked up the toilet - it costs $178 at home depot. I just paid $493 for a toilet+installation. Spoke with Overland about this - they said that the price includes any problem the toilet itself might have. I told them this should have been told up front instead of telling me I was getting a $300 toilet. They are tricky - go with service magic and skip their call when they try to phone you.

Customer Beware!. I called this company to clean out a drain. They seemed friendly and nice. I even thought to myself, if they do a good job I'll write them a nice review. By the time they were done, I had been told I needed to replace the entire line. This would cost me $850. I said I would have to get back to them before doing the work. While I filled out the information on my payment slip for the rooter service they had attempted, the plumber told me he would check my water pressure. I had not asked him to do this. I was told it was at a dangerous high of 120. My pipes could burst at any time! I saw the gauge myself and it did indeed read 120. This would cost me another $300. It was recommended it be done ASAP if I didn't want my pipes to burst. This surprised me because it had never been a problem before. I called someone out for a second estimate. It turns out I didn't need a new line after all. This got me thinking. So I asked him to check my water pressure. When he attached his gauge to the regulator it read at the normal 60. It seems to me that Overland Plumbing needs to calibrate their gauge correctly or someone might think they are trying to take advantage of their customers. You can judge for yourself but I certainly won't be doing business with them. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of.
