Real Peruvian food! So delicious.
by First Class Reviewer
If you want authentic Peruvian food, well look no further. Inca Trails was not only delicious but the staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was very nice. Parking is plenty in the shopping center right next door. I would definitely make the trip back and I live in West LA! Wish there was one closer to me, but the drive was worth it. If you love real Peruvian food, then here is your new favorite restaurant.
Much hyped-up restaurant!

Inca Trails is a much hyped-up restaurant. A group of friends, from Peru, went there last week. First of, it's difficult to fine the place. Parking is treacherous. (If you plan on going, park at Stater Brothers). Our friends, having eaten authentic Peruvian food, rated this restaurant from 'below average to average'.
Lighting is very dim! Can't really understand the reason why? May be they don't want us to see the check.
Gratuity is already added to your bill. We didn't notice and added an extra 15%. They accepted it, without saying a word about it.
- Pros: None
- Cons: Poor lighting, Poor parking
Yum!

This is one of my favorite Peruvian restaurants, the 'lomo saltado de pescado (sole)' is amazing!!! The alfajores are pretty tasty too and they're not too small. What I like about this restaurant is that the decor is nice too, it's not a hole in the wall...I don't mind going to a hole in the wall restaurant but it's nice if the food and decor are both appealing. Great date place!
- Pros: Food & ambience
- Cons: Service is a bit slow at times, but at least you won't have too many interruptions during your meal.
Good lomo saltado.

Just went last night for the first time. Had the lomo saltado and aji de gallina. The lomo saltado was great, the aji was just OK for me but that's cause my mom's is the best. Also had the papas a la huancaina...mmm! Washed it all down with an Inca Cola of course! The service was very nice and the food came out promptly. We couldn't find parking in their small lot so we parked next door where Stater Bros is and just walked over.
Authentic Peruvian

If you've got a craving for Bistek Pobre--complete with plataonos and a fried egg on the side you can get it here. Inka trails is a wonderful little find. Service is friendly. It's a good place for a casual dinner with friends.
- Cons: tight parking
