Fabulous!!!!

Beautiful store! Staff was very, very helpful and attentive. I was acknowledged right away and I was able to browse freely before someone came over to assist me. Jeanene was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. I ended up with a pair of very prive nude pumps. I will definitely go back!

The store itself is a work of art. The staff are relaxed and welcoming. Very helpful, yet not on your ass like department store shoe salesmen for example.Those people make me avoid the shoe department all together. They are like Hawks! Anyway, the man helping me at this Christian Louboutin was awesome and again, very helpful! Unfortunately, there wasnt much available in my size but I will definitely be back!

Super friendly, great selection

I read 2 reviews on here that were less than stellar, but since the store is so close to where I live, I decided to be brave and go try it.

I was shocked at how friendly and helpful the staff were. Jason got me no less than 10 different styles and sizes to try on. We talked through a few of the ones that I liked most, and he helped me settle on the perfect pair. The decor is amazing, very homey and comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful an experience this was! Give the Robertson store a try if you're in town. They were busy, but they were very attentive and nice.

gave us the wrong size shoes

I have been searching for almost two years for a matching red pump and clutch. I finally decided upon Christian Louboutin. I found the clutch at Nordstrom. So, I went in to find some red Ron Ron pumps and stopped at this store. The salesperson said they ran small and brought me a size 39 which fit perfectly. I told him that I wanted to suggest the shoes to my boyfriend for my Christmas present so the salesperson wrote the size and style on the back of his business card. I gave the card to my boyfriend who surprised me with the pumps on Christmas. When I put them on, they were too small to wear. I had planned to wear them that night in Vegas. I had to wear something else. My boyfriend said he got attitude from the salesperson, who had taken the card into the stock room and returned with a size 38 and wrapped up the gift. This basically ruined my Christmas because I was unable to wear the generous gift I had been waiting so long to wear and my boyfriend was treated poorly while spending $600 on a pair of shoes. SKIP!

save yourself the attitude and go to Saks, Neimans and Barneys instead

in most people's minds, good customer service is a given when it comes to retail, never mind high end retail. unfortunately, for the christian louboutin LA store, a snotty attitude is the only given. buying fabulous shoes should be a fun experience, let alone a nice one, so make sure you start out right by steering clear of this shop and heading nearby to Wilshire where you have your choice of three Louboutin collections brought to you by awesome - and actually helpful - salespeople.
