Claremont Pet Grooming

DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I took my beloved companion to Claremont Pet Grooming for a bath, grooming, teeth cleaning and nail trim, and thought that she would get just that. Instead, I paid for what appeared to be a 10 minute bath, a dull pair of hair clippers that barely cut her hair (her hair was still long and very uneven...she wasn't even thoroughly brushed), her nails appeared trimmed however her duclaws were NOT, and thus digging into her paw. Upon picking her up, after getting her into the car, I noticed dried doggie poo on her butt.

Worse of all, my dog was NOT herself. She was lethargic and appeared as though something terrible had happened to her. I refuse to go back or even to complain, because I do not trust her going back just so they can "re-cut" her duclaws. The customer service isn't all that great either. The people/owners seem very detached, careless and unaffectionate towards animals. I do NOT recommend this place at all.
