Take your business somewhere else

My daughter was in for orthodontics, and there were too many people for one day (Saturday). She has to wait for 1 hour and 15 minutes for consultation only, and then it took only 10 minutes for the Dr. to make the determination. They requested for us to wait in the waiting room again. Next thing I know it’s another hour passed, and the office manager was too busy doing nothing. She apologized for the office being so crazy that day. I didn’t buy it. The front desk people were too busy going in and out to either texting or going to next door for Subway. All I know is that each family that come for that day have to wait min. 45 to an hour wait regardless their appointment . When she got to the price for the braces, right away she gives a special deal. Originally $3500, and today we can give you $1750 with $340 down, and we can go with their finance without any interest. When I asked her about the insurance, her response was it will take PACIFCARE 4 weeks to authorize such request. Is she that stupid! I called the insurance company and ask for the procedure, she laughed and told me that she probably doesn’t want to send the paperwork and request for you to accept their finance…
Think twice when it comes to their finance. We are in the recession at this time, and it pissed me off having to deal with people like this.

Awful...

All these people want is your money, and they will do what ever it takes to get as much out of you as possible. They take advantage of patients' lack of knowlege about dental work. When we questioned them about the any charges, they were rude and condescending. I do not recommend going to this dental group. Find another dentist please!

The workers at ND act like Car sales men!

They are incredibly unprofessional. They take you from one office to the next trying to get you additional work done. They were practically forcing me to get braces...even though I told them repeatedly that I didn't want to get them for another year or so. I felt like regardless of me saying no, they just didn't get. PLUS my I had a regular teeth cleaning (which was overpriced even with my insurance), and believe me I'VE HAD BETTER. My teeth didn't feel very clean. STAY AWAY! All they want is your money and your insurance's money.

- Cons: Unprofessional, Overpriced, Extremely Pushy, Low Quality Work
