Michelle is who I talk to and is very unprofessional. The second time she had made a mistake was not excusable, did not say sorry and no customer service, it is asham that she have to represent HR block. If you want to do it right do it once and take time to do a customers tax return or an ammendmend, not carelessly. I have been with HR Block for three yrs, and she made my experiences questionable in the future with HR Block.
