Best Dive in Town!

Been coming here for years. Its turned into somewhat of a shrine for me - not without reason; reasonably priced drinks, great selection of beers on tap. pool tables, darts, new jukebox (wired in to database) TVs throughout... you get the picture.
- Pros: Cozy joint, Freindly Staff
- Cons: (scratches head...?) ...none

Avoid Friday nights!

I was there at Clancy's on Friday October 19, 2007. It seemed like a pretty good place until the owner and his ex-wife started to argue. I was not really her starting it, it was him. This went on for atleast 30 to 45 mins. Eventually the police were called. During the course of this incident, many, many patrons left the bar. Would you blame them? Who wants to go to a bar to see people fight? I have heard rumors that the owner does get out of hand quite frequently and is very loud while doing so. Usually this type of behavior doesn't not work well for the longevity of any business. Some fresh paint, carpeting wouldn't hurt. The majority of the staff is friendly and the drinks are reasonably priced. I would avoid this bar on Friday evenings as to that is when most of the incidents with the owner take place. Saturday is good because it is free pool all day long!
- Pros: Drink prices.
- Cons: The owner's fits & fights.

I HAVE A NEW BAR!!!

AWESOME PLACE TO HANG OUT!! I THOUGHT MY REGULAR BAR WAS GREAT... UNTIL I CAME TO CLANCY'S... NO DOUBT THAT YOU CAN DROWN IN THOSE BEER MUGS... GREAT DEALS... FREE POOL ALL DAY ON SATURDAYS!! LOTS OF DART BOARDS... GREAT PLACE AND LARGE ALL AROUND... GREAT PEOPLE... FRIENDLY BARTENDERS... MY #1 MAN IS JEFF!! HE WOULD EVEN LEAVE HIS BAR TO COME SERVICE US WAY AT THE END OF THE PUB AT THE LAST POOL TABLE... BIG SCREEN... ALL FOOTBALL GAMES SHOW AT THE SAME TIME!! JUST AWESOME ALL AROUND... WHAT CAN I SAY BUT THAT I HAVE A NEW BAR!!! YOU CAN STILL SMOKE HERE AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF TABLES AND STOOLS ALL AROUND! JUKEBOX HAS A HUGE SELECTION AND ALL CURRENT MUSIC... SUCH AS INCUBUS, DEPECHE MODE, 50CENT, 311, 3 DOORS DOWN... AS WELL AS DIO, METALLICA, DOORS, AMERICA, AC/DC... ETC.!!!! WHAT MORE CAN I SAY... JUST PLAIN AWESOME PLACE TO HANG... AND MY NEW PLACE TO HANG... I'LL BE THERE FRIDAY NIGHT JEFF... HOPE YOUR THERE TOO!!!
