Poor Quality. I started going to Sornoso's because they are open on Saturdays. I always felt like I wasn't sure about their repairs. Once they said I needed new tires and when I asked to see the old ones they weren't sure where they went to.

Another time I had them work on the brakes and I keep going back because they didn't feel right to me but they couldn't find anything wrong. Later I took the car to another shop and they told me there were holes in the rooters. While I have been at the shop I have witnessed other people bringing back their cars because they were complaining about the work they did.

The main reason I went to another shop is because I took it to them explaining a slipping in the engine and instead of telling me it might be the transmission and that they don't fix it there they waited until it broke down on me and I spent the day off from work having to tow it from their shop to another one.

My husband keep telling me he didn't like this shop. Wish I had listened to him sooner. In 2008 I spent over 3000 dollars there in repairs.

Never again.

Honesty. Sornoso Auto Repair is great. They are honest and their prices can't be beat. I thought I needed new breaks so I asked them to check it instead of telling me I needed new breaks they told me my breaks should be good for another 3 years. Now if I had taken my car elsewhere they would have easily tried to sell me new brakes.

customers beware. i hope the owners of sornoso auto repair reads this review of my horrible expierience at their "repair shop" ... to make a long story short, i have a 1993 chevy S10 blazer, my turn signal switch was not functional so i decided to take my car to sornoso since it was within walking distance from my home, it took 2 days to fix and countless back and forth phone calls explaining that they could not find the part (turn signal switch) and giving me a couple different prices to fix. when i finally get home i come to find out my horn was not working so i took it back and they said it was something inside the steering column cutting a wire, in turn disabling the horn, they wanted me to pay for THEIR mistake! it worked just fine before i took it there it came out of that shop worse than when i first dropped it off, people do not take your vehicles to sornoso, very poor service.
