Simply the Best!

Our whole family has been going to see Nancy for over 20 years and we LOVE her and the Exceptional Service and advice we receive. She takes the time to explain our taxes and answer all our questions. Truly exceptional person! Thanks for always being there for us.

Wolf in sheep's clothing

This woman is a horrendous tax preparer! She seems really nice, but when you get audited forget about hearing from her again. My husband and I used her in 2005 and 2006. She said that if we were audited she would represent us in the audit. We were audited for 2005 and 2006. My husband made multiple calls to her but she never would talk to us! My husband discovered that most of the people he knew who used her were also audited. She apparently didn't answer their phone calls either. She also prepared our 2007 taxes (before we found out about the audit). We didn't submit those. Instead, we showed them to a CPA who was incredulous about the things she saw on the return. I think Nancy is of questionable integrity. I would rather not file taxes at all rather than to use her again. I probably couldn't do any worse than I did when I paid her to prepare our taxes! I can't believe people are foolish enough to continue to use her.

Don't even think about it...

I went to Elite Bookkeeping for two consecutive years. I had returned from my second preparation appointment when I received paperwork from the IRS stating I was being audited on the prior year. Nancy provided me with mis-information on my husband’s retirement and we ended up owing over $10,000. She refused to take or return my phone calls after numerous attempts on my part. I had a CPA take a look at the second year and he found another large error. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE- YOU WILL GET AUDITED!

What ????

I'm one of the Police Officers that Elite prepares taxes for. NEVER has there been anything put on the return that wasn't been reported to the preparer by me. The tax return is prepared in front of me during the interview. If we are questioned by IRS, it is our responsibility to provide the receipts and proof of payment for what we deduct. We sign the return assuring that we approve of it. What happened to personal responsibility here? Elite does a really great job and has stepped up to the plate when asked to represent us. We are nothing but pleased!

I have been doing business with Nancy for over 14 years. In the beginning, I got more personalized service but as her clientel grew, time with her directly was short. But, when a problem arose, Nancy was never far away or too busy to help. It is true I have had problems with my taxes over the years, but I was the cause. I find it offensive that someone who is crying over spilled milk has gone to such an extreme to slander Nancy like this. It is true I got audited for 2005, but I am aware of why and refuse to take that our on Nancy. Do your homework. There have been such statements like she is not certified. Go to Google and type "California Certified Tax Preparers". Go to CTEC and Type in Nancy Eisner. You will se her certification for yourself. This alone should help you see the lies for what they are. There are comments that Nancy and her staff are posting the positive comments. That is a lie and most likely the opposite is true. Don't believe everything you read! Do your homework. All I can say is that Nancy was personally with me throughout my audit and it all worked out. My name is Andrew Smith and I am not hiding behind a screen name.
