First visit they messed up my order. I walked to Lovebirds from my work having heard about it from coworkers, walked all the way back to the office, sat down excited for my sandwich...and it wasn't what I ordered. Very disappointed that I paid $7 for a bacon lettuce sandwich! And the bread was hard when it was supposed to be lightly toasted. It was barely edible.

HORRIBLE Value.
I asked for a club sandwich and got a basic sandwich I could make at home for a fraction of the price. The sandwich cost me $7.35, it did not come with chips, just 3 napkins.
The sandwich is very basic, not toasted (like a club should be) and there is nothing special about it.
I do not recommend the cafe for their sandwiches.
Their breakfast is a little better in terms of cost, but overall I am not impressed.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies in the Universe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. The owners make it their job to know the customers and really try hard to make you feel important. They have the best bakery in Pasadena. The only con of this Bakery/Rest. is that it is way too close to my work and I love to eat cookies!

THE BEST CAFE EVER.
THIS CAFE IS SO WONDERFUL I LOVE IT AND THEY DELIVER TO MY WORK AL THE TIME , STAFF IS THE MOST FRIENDLY PEOPLE.
THE CEASER SALAD W/CHICKEN S DELISH
IT CAN BE A BIT PRICEY BUT ITS SOOOO WORTH IT!!

Awesome vegetarian options!. Very cute and clean cafe style restaurant. Fabulous soups and sandwiches including fake meat options. Delicious!

Beutiful Desserts & Awesome Sandwiches. UMM UMMM GOOD!!! Is all I have to say. All of their sandwiches are ample and delicious. The Thanksgiving sandwich is awesome and gastronomical. If you're like me ask for extra cranberry sauce. They are very accomodating. When I am feeling like only having a very light lunch I will order a scoop of tuna with a side of avocado and crackers. The amount that they have determined is a side is quite large. The desserts are also pleasing to the eye and pallet. The chcocolate covered strawberries are delectable as are the custard fruit tarts.

Sandwich heaven. The best place about this restaurant is that you can watch your fresh sandwich being made. I particularly love the turkey, bacon, avocado. I vary the bread, but love the combination of "fillings". the "Thanksgiving" sandwich (not sure that's the real name) is also yummy...it's what you'd think it would be...Thanksgiving dinner between two pieces of bread. Yyyuuummmy. This is definitely a lunch stop. Don't try going on Sundays, as they're closed. Give it a try.

deelish. Lovebirds has the prettiest breads...yes I said pretty. I've had the pleasure of tasting their sandwiches and they are ample and satisfying. I also love a checkerboard cookie they offer. Great place to read the newspaper, drink coffee and enjoy their pastries and sandwiches.

baked treats. a great space with a greater interior which accompanies their superb quality baked goods right in the heart of pasadena...sandwiches are a real treat...generous portions for an excellent value
