Don't get me wrong. Lexus is an excellent car, but this dealer is the worst. The salesmen just ignored you and you have to beg them to sell you a car. I went there a few times in the past years and hoped they would change their attitudes as time past. No luck. Last time I went there was a month ago and I got the same treatment. No one to greet you;no one to answer your questions. I asked for a brochure and they just said 'go to the internet'. Never go back to this dealer again.
Pros: large selection of cars
Cons: bad attitude

family bought some cars here. good enough to return but they could improve in some areas compared to other dealers we have dealed with in the past. we like lexus though.
Pros: great automobiles
Cons: negotiations can take a long time
