satisfied customer. my friend referred me to ERS, and I can say that it's one of my best decision. They offered me a free installation and low monthly rates. Installers are on time on the said schedule and they are very professional.

Worst service ever. Bad service, unreasonable charges for anything and everything. Customer service is a complete joke. Why are they still in business, I have no idea!

Do not fall into a trap!. Avoid E.R.S security alarm at all costs. They may appear to be a good deal with the free equipment installation, and 2 year contract. But if you don't cancel before your contract is over they will auto renew for another year. You cannot cancel over the phone, you have to put the cancellation in writings. They are a chinese run company with shady, bait and switch marketing tactics. You can read the other reviews here if you don't believe.

I've subscribed to ERS and I have no regrets.. I was with two other companies over a seven year period and I have found ERS to be very proffessional. I got a free installation and a much lower monthly fee. I have required service one time in two years and was not charged for the call and I have had no more false alarms since switching over to ERS. I highly recommend this company.

Don't sign up. I've never had such a bad experience with any company. I've completed my two year agreement as indicated and I want to cancel because I've been have lots of technical challenges causing my alarm to go on frequently, even in the middle of the night. I submitted my letter as instructed by the operator. I called the following day to follow up on the letter and asked if there was a penalty for cancellation since my agreement just lapse and I discovered that I am now in a new renewal agreement (which I was not notified). They claim they have a cancellation department, but the cancellation department can not tell me if I would have a penalty, it is up to the manager to decide and also their policy, they cannot release the managers name. It's a nightmare getting a straight answer from them. Beware - Don't use their services!
