Great pozole!!. Came here once, but had one of the best pozole's I have ever had and that includes the homemade one that my neighbor used to make every holiday. This pozole differed in that the broth was red from the chili. It wasn't too spicy though, just the right amount of spice to complement the rich pork broth and hominy. I need to go back to try some other dishes soon, but in the meantime, this is one of the places I will think of when searching for pozole in the SGV.
