All they care is about your money once they deposite that check forget about everything else.

As you can see from the previous posts, I wish I had a chance to read that before I do business with them. Oh well, what ever is done, it's done.

Mediocre sales experience, Awful service experience

Want to buy a forklift? They're quick to sell you something on their oil-drenched dirt lot, and quick to recommend you go to a (knowingly overpriced) competitor to compare and appear helpful. We bought a used forklift that was promised to have zero oil leaks. It came with two tanks--an old one and a new one--and new lights. Delivery was LATE. They promised morning/noon, but arrived in the afternoon. One strike for bad service. The actual forklift itself was in satisfactory condition, save for an oil leak (so much for that promise) and a problem with ignition after a few weeks. No sweat, they give you a 90 day warranty. WRONG. If you call them to set up a service appointment, they're very dodgy about it. Just like their delivery, their serviceman is late to come fix the problem. In fact, he still hasn't come by despite multiple calls to the owner. If you ever do business with them, be prepared to wait hours for anything to happen. Sales is what they push, but service is incredibly lacking. Avoid this shady dealer.

Extremely poor service after the sale

This company has been unresponsive to our needs. They sold us a used forklift with bald tires, a definite safety hazard, especially in the rain. That one got past us, maybe that's our fault. Now this same forklift is inoperable because it will not start. For the last three weeks we have called and called and they have made and broken promise after promise to come and fix the forklift, which is still under warranty. We strongly advise NOT patronizing this business, they are not customer friendly. Our business is dependant upon having a forklift that works and we have suffered as a result of this company's extremely poor/non-existent service.
