Hotmeal Mexican Gringo Dish

I goto plaza every week to see what new hot dish they're making, and they always have a new, inventive plate that 9/10 times will rock your socks. I went in yesterday feeling tired of the same ol. It was just one of those days. I took a look at the hotcase and behold, a new dish. I cannot remember the name, it was something "gringo special" It was full of familiar ingredients from a few mexican dishes, but it blew my mind. The longer plaza is in business, the better the food gets. They also have the best sandwiches around. They make them so big, I often take them home and make 2 sandwiches out of it. :) You'll love this place. They have other stuff too, but after this last dish, I can't remember. haha
