Service above and beyond my expectations!

I was referred to Certified Automotive Specialist because imy car had failed a smog check. They are a state-referred repair station so, as they are close to my home, it took my car there. I never have experienced such genuine kindness and excellent customer service. They explained every step in the process to me, gave me a free ride home, called at regular intervals to update me on the progress being made, and best of all, fixed my car for under the state's spending cap! Not only did my car pass the smog check, it now runs better than ever! I would guess they gave it a lube job and a mini tune up while it was in there, it sure runs and sounds great! Not only are they good mechanics, the garage is clean and their customer service is the best I have ever encountered! I would advise anyone to take their car there. I know I have a new mechanic!

Great customer service from helpful & knowledgeable people.Service & repairs have always been done correctly & on time.They are always willing to take me home & pick me up or have rental cars on site if needed.What more could you ask for.Great job Certified you have earned my business.

Great Shop

I was impressed with the helpful friendly people. They solved my concerns quickly. This shop is not the cheapest but the warranty and the proffesionalism is great.

Bad customer service!

I had a appoinmnet from Gene for coolant flush also for them to pressure test, when I got there a guy name Chris told me there was no time for them to pressure test it cost me $172, Now 4 weeks later I'm back because my coolant light is on they did a pressure test water pump is bad now costing me $343 I should not have to pay. Will never go back.
