PUNKY HIGHLIGHTS.
I have used Ana for a while now, I used to pay $30 for a trim in Arcadia for an ok cut. ANA the owner charges $12-15 for the same service and her ability is much better. Great for EYEliner TATTOO and Dark Blond Highlights also!!!! DO NOT GET TURNED OFF ON APPEARANCES- ANA IS VERY HIP WITH THE SCISSORS!!!!!
