This chic but unpretentious shop features a fashionable mix of the fine antiques and new pieces by hot contemporary designers..
The Scene
This stylish shop just off Santa Monica is filled with furniture and other home decor worth a literal fortune, but the friendly staff makes you feel completely at home. Most of the pieces here most people's price range, but rich or poor, you'll get great ideas from the smartly chosen selection of fine antiques shown alongside current pieces (like lamps and crystal) from popular designers.
The Goods
This shop has so many extraordinary pieces, it's hard to know what to covet first--perhaps the gorgeous, hand-painted Italian candlesticks with enormous amber globes? In addition to outstanding 18th- and 19th-century antiques, the shop offers furniture by John Rosselli and David Iatesta, lamps by Christopher Spitzmiller, fabrics by Robert Kime and Kathryn Ireland and gorgeous crystal by William Yeoward (you'll love his cobalt blue water goblets).
