For my 40th birthday, I received a gift certificate for a massage at Zykoff Bodywork from one of my best friends. I love massages and couldn't wait to book my appointment. I thought what could be better than spending a Friday afternoon feeling pampered...no phones, no emails and definitely no boss anywhere in sight. Ahh, just total relaxation and not a care in the world! Upon entering his studio for the first time, Myke made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was serene and soothing. Myke spent a lot of time talking with me before my massage to gain a better understanding of the areas where I was feeling the most tension and what needed immediate attention. As a result I felt the massage was tailored just for me and was very healing as well. I have TMJ and Plantar Fasciitis and Myke knew just the right amount of pressure to apply so that I could get instant relief. What a great way to unwind from the everyday stresses. Thanks Myke!

I was given a certificate to see Myke for a birthday gift by someone who thought I needed some tension relief. I was able to talk to Myke before starting my massage. He wanted to know where the tension was rooted and how this could be avoided before. I like the idea of prevention instead of always thinking of treatment. I could tell that he genuinely cared and that was very comforting. I would definitely recommend this place to someone who wants to feel better and is seeking a balance. He has a warm and sincere presence which is uncommon in these areas. (Thanks for the long talk. It really helped me a great deal.)
