Editorial Review for Cheebo – by Citysearch Editors
The Scene
The lively dining room with tangerine and yellow walls is lined with quirky light fixtures--some look like giant glass beads hanging from a string. Businessfolk, local rockers and industry types nosh during the day, while the place swings late into the night. Polite and attentive servers guide diners through a pleasant, casual meal.
The Food
A mostly organic menu features pizzas, pastas, hearty sandwiches, and Italian-inspired grilled meats and seafood, all lovingly prepared to order. Pizzas are foot-long, rectangular pies topped with gourmet goodies like pungent pesto and wild mushrooms. The unique Cheebo chopped salad has mesquite-grilled zucchini, carrots and fennel for vegetarians, or salty soppresatta, chicken and garbanzo beans for meat lovers. By far, one of the best items is the flavorful roasted pork, manchengo cheese and pickle sandwich pressed on soft, chewy ciabatta bread, served with crispy (not greasy) homemade potato chips.

The delivery service at Cheebo is one of the main reasons I eat there, other than the wonderful food. My food was delivered within 30 minutes and tasted amazing. It's the perfect healthy delivery choice!

This Hollywood eatery offers a wide selection of organic food options for every occasion including pizzas, sandwiches, salads and desserts. Even though some menu items were slightly over-priced the food was still tasty and beautifully arranged. I had granola with yogurt which was lavishly strewn with fruits. My friend had pancakes with whipped cream and strawberry slices, while the whole arrangement was lovely decorated with strawberry sauce. All in all, the portions were pretty ample, our waitress was very kind and chatty and our glasses were refilled with water all the time.
