horrendous customer service and bad policies. This company will not let you return anything so do not purchase from them unless you KNOW exactly what you want. I purchased a christeni g gown for a friend, and it was too small, so i tried to return. It was my understanding there would be a restocking fee, but I was told it could not be returned at all and that was that. How do you expect anyone to order anything online with this sort of policy? Ridiculous and no effort whatsoever to try and rectify or compromise on his.
