GREAT PRODUCT-GREAT SERVICE

We purchased our new (beautiful) windows from CEC about a year ago. We couldn't be happier with our decision to first improve our house and purchase vinyl, double pane, energy efficient windows and secondly choosing CEC to do the job.

Before making the decision to go with CEC we met with a few other companies. Our sales representative from CEC was very knowledgeable, he explained and demonstrated different features and options of their products in great detail, answered all of our questions and concerns and gave us a very competitive price.

When it came time for installation of the windows a crew of 4 to 5 people showed up. The entire project was completed in 2 days (15 windows). The installation crew was super professional. In our kitchen we had a garden window with granite in it. They were able to remove the old window without damaging my granite when other companies said it was impossible. When they finished installing the windows, they cleaned up by taking the old windows away, vacuuming my entire house from any dust created and they washed all the windows

It has been almost a year since we have been enjoying our windows. I smile every time I look into my backyard through my beautiful french doors. We also noticed a great difference in the temperature control of our house. In the past we had horrible drafts in the house during the winter and had to run our heater non stop to try and keep the downstairs warm. In the summer time we had a very difficult time trying to cool off our master bedroom. It is a large room located on the second story of our house and it gets a lot of the afternoon sun. Since the new windows our house is a lot more comfortable: warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer, the outside noise can now be blocked out and most important our cooling and heating bills have gone down.

We want to thanks CEC for providing a great product and employing a wonderful group of professionals.

Excellent service and great product

I was nervous about beginning remodeling my home. Previously, I had unpleasant experiences, however this time was different. California Energy Contractors were fantastic. I had such an easy time getting an estimate, working out the financing and scheduling the job. My beautiful new windows were installed in two days, with no damage done to my walls. The level of professionalism in this company is beyond any expectations that I had and the product is absolutely wonderful. I was skeptical of the fact that vinyl windows, french doors and sliding glass doors could decrease my energy bills but in fact I have noticed that my energy bills are less. Not only is the look of my home improved but so has my utility bill. I rate the experience and the company as top notch and highly recommend it.
