Subject: COMPLAINT ON SERVICES NOT RENDERED WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MR JOHN FRANCO OF WALNUT JUSTICE CENTER

1. Brain Lum and the boss Mr. John Franco blew me off for a year and made numerous clerical errors. Specific details include:

a. On 03 November 2008, all Brian Lum was hired to do was complete the final step of my self help divorce (with no contest) so I paid $693.00 and he blew me off.

b. On 04 February 2009, my x-wife and I signed all legal documents Walnut requested.

c. On 06 June 2009, half a year later Brian Lum did not know what the status was and ignored my calls. Supervisor Elsa Montez and boss Mr John Franco ignored me as well. They screen calls and lie to customers.

d. On 13 August 2009, my x-wife and I had to return and re-sign numerous errors which prevented the acceptance.

e. On 09 October 2009, my x-wife called because of it was about a years delay and I called Brain Lum but he did not know anything but said he will research and call me the next day and never called back.

f. On 14 October 2009, since Brain refused to answer my calls, I went to Pomona Court house @ 08:00 and no final judgment was ever submitted then I drove to Walnut office and demanded to see Mr John Franco the boss but supervisor Elsa Montez would not help. So I made appointments with the secretary to see the boss Mr Franco @ 3:00 on 16 Oct 2009 and Brain Lum @ 10:00 on 19 Oct 2009. .

h. On 16 October 2009, a court courier called me stating she had filed my judgment on 14 October 2009 and said Mr John Franco canceled my appointment. I was not a surprised considering all the procrastinating and bad service.

i. On 19 October 2009, I drove to Walnut for my appointment, of course unhappy from "stone walling and no results." Mr John Franco refused to speak with me like a coward so I called out Brain Lum from the front desk and Mr Franco called the Sheriff’s. After being frisked, Mr Franco came out and told me he did not want to do business with me and placed a restraining order on me. Who could do this to people in term oil and solve it by calling the police?

2. Ultimately on 22 October 2009, the court rejected my final judgment, what did I expect from Brain Lum and Mr John Franco ( who is on third base? ) SO DOES THIS SOUND LIKE A PLACE U WANT TO HIRE ?
