The worst Blockbuster around. This is one of the worst Blockbuster Videos around.

We used to love our local Hollywood Videos, one in La Verne and one in Claremont. Great employees, good selection, good prices...Unfortunately, both of them went out of business, and now we're stuck with Blockbuster.

The employees are horrible. They range from lazy to downright rude. Most often they are both.

I once saw an employee laugh at an older gentleman who was asking about a particular movie, telling him that his taste in movies "sucked." And, no, the employee wasn't joking with the customer, the employee was just being a jerk.

Other times I've been in there they are too busy having personal conversations to do any work - seriously, no one needed to know what you "caught from Sharona last week." Ick. We especially don't want to know when the line is 10 people deep, and hasn't moved in 5 minutes.

The other problem with this location? The selection of movies is terrible! 8/10 times, this location doesn't have the movie I'm looking for, either for rent or sale.

I'm just thrilled that we have Netflix, and can buy our previously viewed DVDs from Amazon, 'cause this Blockbuster is terrible!
