Bad customer service

I was very disappointed by the customer service. I called twice to set up an appointment to view their sample invitations. Both times they were very rude and seemed to rush my conversations. They will not assist you without an appointment. The owner said they were very busy and have other things to do, if I do not come in at the specific time, then she can't help me. Weekends are their busiest times, so it is not recommended to go on weekends. I definitely will not use their services/products. There are many other businesses who have excellent customer service and are glad to bring in new business.
