Rude customer service

I was recommended by Cigna to contact Facey for a Pediatrician. I called to set up a consulations appointment b/c I wanted to meet the doctor in person before I commited to long term care. The receptionist was RUDE and said "I will call you back he (William Groves) doesn't take those kind of appointments. I never received a call and would not consider taking my child there now.
There are a lot of unemployed people with manners - I suggest you look.

- Cons: refused to schedule a consulting appointment with doctor
