Diamond in the Rough. I found this place about 4 months ago on a walk inn basis and I was instantly hooked. I enjoyed the friendly welcome, decor, class, professionalism, and much more. My stylist Mariella did an awsome job on my already difficult to cut hair. I am a ricciolo client for life. I love this place.

Do NOT go to Jennifer Palmer. I had black hair and I tried to lighten it myself to brown. It didnt turn out nice so I went to this salon. When Jennifer was dying my hair... or let's say bleaching my hair... she didnt mention that it would turn out PATCHY! She said it may not be "as light as I would like it to be", and I may have to come in again to get it lightened to my liking. That sounded fine.

So I sat in the chair and listened to her problems about her boyfirend for three hours. When she was done with my hair, she styled it in a way that all the black spots were hidden. I had a sad surprise waiting for me when I got home :(

Sad that I had paid $150 and had patchy hair, and I called her and said if it could be corrected. Keep in mind, I'm a college lecturer. I didnt have any attitude in my voice... I left her two voice mails very politely asking if the patches could be corrected. She finally got back to me and said "Make another appointment.. I may have time in one week... your hair will dry out"... with a voice filled with as much attitude as I hear from my college freshmen students who dont like hearing their paper wasnt up to par. Do I want to lose another $150? NO. I'll be stuck with the patches on my head for a while. In a month I'll probably ask my 13 year old neice to dye my hair.... she can't do a worse job- for sure!

Best Salon Around! Dont judge this book by its cover!! It is beautiful inside and the staff is great!. I absolutley love this salon! I always look forward to seeing my stylist and i am always greeted with a warm welcome which is always nice. The front desk is also very friendly and have great hospitality. I reccomend this place to anyone that wants to look amazing. Some people have said that its over priced but i think its great, you get what you pay for...but that doesnt mean it cost an arm and a leg either. All i know is my hair is my main accessory so i can always count on my stylist Jacque Brown to make me look and feel great! P.S. She gives a great scalp massage too! They also have a rewards program so you get discounts on your birthday, anniverssary, and for every 200 points you earn you get 10.00 off. LOVE IT LOVE IT!!

BEST HAIR EVER!!!!!!. I have had so many bad experiences at other salons...im so glad i found ricciolo's. I previously had major breakage and my stylist at ricciolo's was able to fix my hair. i absolutely love it now! the people there are extremely friendly and the salon is really clean and has alot to offer.

Great place. Great Salon. Very professional. Very different in a good way, my stylist gave me a scalp massage, they also did a moist hot towel treatment for me at no extra charge. I know I found my salon.

Loved it!!!. If you want a beverly hills look without the beverly hills price this is the place. The salon is beautiful and everyone is so nice. My stylist Nayeli was amazing. She completely redid my hair and I loved it. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone. Thank you Nayeli!!!!!

No where else!. I have dark brown hair naturally, but in Southern California what 20 yr old does not want that beach blonde look? Well I looked for EVER for someone who could pull it off until about 4 years ago when I found Julie at Ricciolo!!! She is just amazing. The first visit she took my hair from "dyed" to "dreamy"!!!! I run out of her cards on a regular basis because people are so impressed with how my hair looks and I have to keep going back between appointments to restock. Sadly, I had to move to San Diego and have not found ANYONE who can come close to what she does! So I stopped looking, she is worth the 2 hour drive every 6 weeks because I never worry when I leave her, it just is always fabulous! She is so amazing that my mom even started going to her, and my mother has always been my biggest critic on hair. Really if Julie ever stops doing hair I do not know where I will go!

Unlike any other salon. Oh my god, I couldn't believe this place, it was the classiest salon I have ever been to. Very professionally managed. Highly recommended.

Happy Happy Happy. I was recommended by my sister to see Richard. I have long thick hair and I was happy my first, second and now third time to see him. He took his time with me, explained each thing he did and why which was very useful for me when I style my own hair now. The salon is beautiful with nice people and great customer service. I will definitely be back and highly recommened to others.
