Very friendly on the phone. Reading below, it looks like she also reviews herself well. Everything else was a really bad experience. After cancelling twice, I continued to pay on a sold car for almost a year. Why not just call and ask her about it? Go ahead and call the number. When they don't answer leave a message and see what happens.

Clear & Concise Health Insurance. Looking for health insurance was a very daunting task. Bridgitte was able to look at my needs and distill the options to just a couple that fit, including Domestic Partnership. I am very satisfied with the service and the price!

Good Coverage. Bridgitte Fanous has been my insurance agent for about 12 years. She suggested I needed more insurance when I didn't think I needed it but I took it on her sugestion anyway. Two weeks later, almost to the day, a part of my house collapsed onto my car. Had I not increased my coverage, I would have had to pay from my pocket. I'm glad I listened to her!
