Terry is an unbelievable facialist. It's impossible to go to anyone else - my face is absolutely clear a couple of days after going to see her.

Rude Management and very high prices!
by Michelle17230 at Citysearch
Our group of girls went there for a bachelorette party. It turned out to be a very awful experience for us from start to finish. One of my close friends organized the event for the girls and when she called to make an apointment she told them that we had about 10 girls and some of them (we werent sure how many of them) would be getting a mani/pedi that day. The lady working there told her that the manicure was $20 an the pedicure was $30 . When we arrrived we asked for a packet with all the prices and treatments. Turns out the pedicure for just a basic pedicure was $50! The manicure for the basic manicure was $40. Everyone was very shocked with the high prices because we were told it was less expensive beforehand, especially just for the basic one on top of that. So anyway some of the other girls decided not to go along with it because they couldnt afford that. My friend and I decided just to get the pedicure then. Turns out when we were paying the manager was very rude and told my friend that because she booked an apointment that $65 would be charged to everyone there or on my friends card. My friend told her that you never said that on the phone and the prices were a lot higher than we had expected. Turns out the manager there wasnt going to budge at all and we had to go tell the rest of the girls that they had to or their card would be charged. I was soooo shocked!! I never never had such a bad experience at a spa before in my life! Also, the pedicure I had was so basic that compared to the places I normally go to was not even as good for 1/3 of the same price. It was very ridicoulious! I just thought I would warn people here of our experience at this place before they decide to go.
- Pros: Nothing
- Cons: High price, rude manager
